We've got some exciting news for TOEFL test-takers! ETS has announced that starting on August 1, 2019, the length of the test will be shortened to 3 hours (down from 3 hours and 30 minutes) by decreasing the number of questions in the Reading, Listening and Speaking sections.
They are also making changes to the way they report your scores. A new feature called 'MyBest' scores will report to schools your top score from each section, across all the times you've taken the test within the last two years. That means if you score well on speaking during one test but do great on writing on another test, schools will see your top scores from each test on one report.
